Returns Policy

We understand that there are times when you don't get the product that you need or situations change. Under certain circumstances, Bluestar Industries will process a full return.

Our policy has the following conditions:

1. We cannot accept a return on custom products unless the error is ours.

2. We will accept returns on any "as new" unused products for 30 days after the date of invoice.

3. We will accept returns for damage caused in shipment; these must be filed within 3 days of receiving the product.

4. All accepted returns will only be refunded for the purchase price of the good and any tax.

5. If there has been an equipment failure, our website and customer service are available to you to assist you with filing a claim for a manufacturer's warranty.

6. If within 10 days of your invoice date, we lower prices on a particular good you purchased within the prior 10 days, simply contact us and we will credit you the difference.

7. We pledge to do our best to satisfy your needs. If your return does not meet the above conditions, feel free to contact us anyway, and we will do what we can to help!
